At Kettler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden furniture. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure all furniture or garden accessories are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging to guarantee safe transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  For large furniture sets, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
